Project Director - Berkshire We are currently assisting reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Project Director in Berkshire. Our client specialise in education, residential, health care, commercial, retail & leisure schemes.You will be overseeing multiple projects from £30million - £100million+. Job role: Project DirectorSalary: £95,000 - £110,000 + package (Depending on experience)Location: Berkshire and surrounding areasProject Director responsibilities:Monitoring build progress and ensuring project quality.Overseeing the completion of multiple schemes, ensuring it meets programme & safety standards.Meeting with stakeholders, clients and senior site teams to report on project progress.Managing Project Manager's and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.Project Director Knowledge and skills:Strong leadership and communication.Attention to detail.Experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Director.Managed projects from £50million+.To apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you.
