Marketing Assistant £27,000 - £29,000 Canterbury, Kent Permanent/Full Time Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm) Our client, a successful and dynamic coaching company located in the Canterbury area, are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Assistant who wants to be part of an exciting and growing company. This role is a crucial role focussing on increasing sales within the business by building effective sales funnels, turning leads into sales, analysing data, monitoring/improving processes, email campaigns and content writing/copywriting.  Want to find out more? Contact us today. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of direct sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Building and editing new and existing marketing funnels, to improve results. Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site. Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns. Working within the marketing team to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and industry conferences. Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and promotion of company participation. Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Writing content and promotional emails. Researching new software to improve marketing performance. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand enhancement. Provide insights and recommendations to contribute to strategic marketing decisions Your Background & Skill: Experience in the Events or Coaching market would be advantageous. Proven Marketing Assistant/Executive experience (1 year minimum). Experience with acquisition marketing including sales and enquiry funnels. Copywriting experience advantageous although can be taught on the job. Detail-orientated, proactive and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. A passion for marketing and data. Focused and able to see a task through from start to finish. A creative thinker and problem-solver, with the ability to find solutions.
