Vehicle Technician

Position: Vehicle Technician
Location: Hitchin
Salary: Up to 51,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Saturdays: 1 in 4 (morning shifts only)
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles to the highest standards.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience working with modern vehicle systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering quality work.
• Valid UK driving licence.
