Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including project accounting and management accounts. * Drive change management initiatives and contribute to system improvements. * Prepare and present management accounts to the board on a monthly basis. * Conduct strategic financial analysis to assess and enhance customer and project profitability. * Build and lead a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving culture. * Assess current financial processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. * Provide added value through insights and recommendations that support business growth.
