Quantity Surveyor

O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with strong background working on civil engineering projects. Our client are a medium-sized subcontractor who are looking to hire for a range of brand new projects across Central London and the home counties. The business predominantly does groundwork & frames for various tier 1 contractors. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have: * Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor. * Proven, stable work history * Prior experience working for a civil contractor ideally * Understanding and some experience of estimation. * A collaborative approach and will always be punctual and reliable.
