Customer Success Manager
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: 35K to 45K DOE

With ambitions to grow the business significantly over the next 2 years, they have a mission to provide an unrivalled customer experience and professional service. To help with this growth, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager. You'll drive customer satisfaction, lead a dynamic team, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the customer success team to achieve KPIs.
- Manage resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Provide insights using CRM data to enhance team performance.
- External systems support to customers to manage their compliance
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to analyse data.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting industry response times and KPI's
