Walker Lovell is seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Associate to join our client's award-winning and market-leading Corporate team in Cardiff. This is a full-time position offering a hybrid working model. Our client is a progressive law firm with a modern organisational structure and an agile, team-centric approach. With a strong commercial instinct and a passion for excellence, our client builds long-standing relationships and works closely with clients to achieve their business goals.

As a Corporate Associate, you will report to the Partners and collaborate with the esteemed Corporate Team on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions. You will engage with diverse clients, including start-ups, high-growth companies, and large corporations, handling complex and high-value corporate transactions such as corporate finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, partnering arrangements, management buy-outs, buy-ins, business transfers, and PE & VC investments.

Essential Skills Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales. 3-5 years PQE within a Corporate team at a well respected law firm.
