Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery:
- Lead high-impact projects from concept to completion, ensuring stellar outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape innovative project strategies.
- Develop and standardize project approaches across a variety of clients.
2. Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Cultivate and manage key customer relationships, ensuring clear communication at all levels.
- Influence and guide customer teams, including senior leadership, to align with project goals.
- Navigate and maintain positive relationships in challenging, cross-cultural environments.
3. Financial & Contract Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for all financial and contractual matters.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual obligations while managing budgets effectively.
- Oversee financial aspects, from invoice approvals to comprehensive financial reporting.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum of 5 years in a delivery-focused role within a complex retail environment (e.g., Project/Programme Manager).
- Deep understanding of retail operations, preferably with POS systems experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding stakeholder management expertise.
