Supply Chain Executive

The Role:

Reporting to the supply chain director, we are looking for a highly organised Supply Chain Executive, to help lead and enhance our supply chain operation. (INDPERM). The key responsibilities for the successful candidate are (but not limited to):

1. Identify under-performing areas in the supply chain by analysing costs, capacity, and demand patterns in order to improve our service and availability level whilst reducing operation costs and increase profitability for the company at the same time.
2. Produce periodic supply chain progress reports and updates to the senior management team.
3. Working closely with the key stakeholders both internally and externally, gathers and analyses data to develop insights used for the optimisation of the organisations supply chain operations.

Attributes:

• Knowledge of SAP Business One - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to prepare and monitor a forecast based on available criteria e.g. volumes, lead times, buffer stocks, minimum order quantities, deliveries etc Import/ Export experience.
• Supply chain management experience.
• Experience of working in a similar environment is an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work well under pressure and stick to tight deadlines.
• Sound commercial and business acumen.
• Remain professional when under pressure.
• The ability to multitask is essential.
