We are seeking a Head of Engineering to join our team and help drive the strategic growth and technical direction of the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage an engineering function of approximately 30 people, with four direct reports.Shape the strategy, growth plans, and technical architecture of the business.Mentor, hire, and guide the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Play a critical role in scaling the engineering department to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.Requirements:Previous hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin is a bonus, but not essential.
