Your new role
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their site team. The Site Manager will have a wide and varied remit, making full use of their experience and skills. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of high-quality medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

- CSCS/CSR card
- SMSTS qualification
- Relevant construction experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, refurbishment, and/or new build projects
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors in line with project programmes, safety, and environmental legislation
- Experience with temporary works procedures
- Strong leadership and IT skills
- Ability to produce short-term programmes
