The role involves managing internal referrals from seven practices and working closely with primary care vets to ensure seamless patient care. Key responsibilities include stabilising emergencies, conducting diagnostics, and collaborating with specialists as needed. The successful candidate will work with the hospital lead vet to develop care plans, adjusting protocols to meet patient needs and budget constraints. This position offers opportunities for further development through CPD and training. The practice uses value-based pricing and maximises insurance support. Key Responsibilities : Deliver top-tier ECC services alongside the hospital lead vet. Work a mix of day and night shifts to provide 24/7 coverage. Maintain high clinical standards, seeking advice when necessary. Participate in inpatient rounds and continuous professional development.
