Events Assistant

Job Title: Events Assistant Location: London - In the office at least one day per week Are you passionate about creating impactful events that focus on pressing climate issues? About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering both in-person and virtual events that offer networking opportunities for environmental sector professionals. Your efforts will support our commitment to tackling significant environmental challenges. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of a range of events, from conferences to exhibitions, both online and on-site. Provide administrative support using CRM systems like CVent and Civi. Aid participants with registration, accommodation inquiries, and other event-related queries. Support budgeting, invoicing, and sales tracking processes. Coordinate event logistics, including AV, catering, and accessibility requirements. Liaise with event partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers to ensure a seamless experience. Enhance audience engagement through interactive tools and marketing initiatives. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in organising successful events Proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent written and spoken English, with a flair for communication and marketing. Why Join our client?
