Estate Operative/ Handyman

Estate Operatives/ Handyman required to work with leading housing association based in Leeds. I am looking for an experienced Estate Operatives and Handymen to work with the maintenance team of a housing association based from Leeds. Work will include domestic property grounds maintenance, such as grass cutting, lawn mowing, hedge strimming, pruning, litter removal. Use of mechanical horticultural/ gardening equipment. As well as this must be able to carry out general building repairs such as replacing fencing and slabbing. This will be a long running temporary contract covering long term sickness with the potential to go onto a permanent contact. Depot is based in Armley Leeds. Start date: ASAP Location: Leeds Requirements: Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or a manual role UK Driving License (Ideal but not essential) Able to safely use mechanical horticultural and grounds maintenance machineryInterested?
