Creating and updating Vehicle Load Plans. Basic pick management (informing loading team of outstanding tasks for scheduled trailer departure) Checking all containers are scanned to VLPs/Loads and communicating any discrepancies to loading team/Management. Microsoft office proficiency- email, updating spreadsheets. Communication with Primary Transport regarding trailer requirements. General administration tasks. Any other additional ad-hoc tasks as requested by management. Potential for further training on work release. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Right mindset and eye for detail.
