About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known UK company for an exciting Business Analyst position. There are two roles available, one is focussed on Payroll process documentation in a highly complex environment, the other role is as a Technical Business Analyst focussed on documenting current data and target system Data requirements and migration plans.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join a leading organisation and contribute to a major Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting payroll business or technical data requirements while working closely with product owners, technical specialists and data experts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong payroll or HR data migration expertise to play a key role in a high-profile transformation project.
If you are looking to move onto an exciting HR Transformation programme and have experience of either HR Payroll processes or have HR data analysts and migration experience as a seasoned Business Analyst then this could be the right company for you.
