Service Engineer

Location: Saffron Walden (CB11) Duration: Permanent Hours: 9am until 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: 27,000 to 32,000 Job Reference: 35389 Polytec are looking for a Service Engineer for our client based in Saffron Walden. This is a role involving service, repair and installation of products and is office based with regular UK and international travel. Responsibilities: Telephone support and remote diagnostics of products to identify issues and take necessary action Pre and post sales technical support Servicing and repair of equipment in-house or on-site both UK and internationally Manage customer relationships resolving critical situations promptly Assist with managing service parts inventory levels Service training for staff and distributors Installations and user training Requirements: At least 3 years' experience working in an equipment service environment, ideally with laboratory instrumentation Broad experience of providing service and support to customers Experience of working to necessary Health and Safety requirements Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and instruction manuals IT literate competent using Microsoft Office Full UK driving license Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
