JavaScript Engineer – Technology & Media Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below. 6 Month Contract – London/Hybrid InterQuest are partnering a well-known technology media business and we are looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join them on a contract basis for initially 6 months. Our client is an award-winning company and partner some of the world’s largest media and advertising brands. The JavaScript Engineer will contribute to a new age of products, focusing on new technologies, enhancements and platforms that will drive strategic goals across the wider business. Day to day responsibilities Using Vanilla JavaScript or TypeScript to write clean code Working with NodeJS or Express frameworks Using Cypress or Jest in testing frameworks Using Redux or any other state management systems Experience Experience and passionate about writing clean code. Champion pair programming Always considering and thinking about the underlying software architecture and how the business can continually improve A strong advocate in Test Driven Development and understand the importance of this when writing code.
