Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have been mandated by a cash-rich SME housebuilder to strengthen their team for the long-term with an experienced Senior Surveyor to work closely with the Head of Commercial, who has been a pivotal part of the business for the past 21 years. You will also have open communication lines with the Construction teams on a day-to-day basis. The successful incumbent will hit the ground running on two new projects with the support of a Buyer, who has been with the business for close to a decade. You will bring the ability to make decisions with autonomy and the confidence to get involved more widely within the business. With growth plans in place to double their turnover in the next 3-4 years, we are seeking an ambitious individual to step up and take on additional responsibility in time. This would come as the business grows and after adding value to the team both in terms of supply chain relationships and developing the already reputable brand.
