Area Sales Manager

Resolve Recruitment are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager, to represent and work for an established brand in the UK who manufacturer fenestration and other building products. The role of Area Sales Manager requires you be marketing and promoting products including PVCu windows trickle vents, laminated mouldings, French doors, sliding doors, window sills, Juliet balconies, and window hardware into fabricators and trade counters, as well as engaging with Architects and Main Contractors and relevant installers to secure specifications and further projects. Basic Salary plus quarterly and annual bonus, car allowance, home office setup, 25 days holiday and other benefits THE ROLE: * External sales role, the position will cover the geographical area of North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, Durham, Tyne & Wear, Northumberland and Cumbria * Selling the company's manufactured fenestration products * Combination of existing business and account management, with new customer and project development * Selling a range including PVCu windows trickle vents, laminated mouldings, French doors, sliding doors, window sills, Juliet balconies, and window hardware into fabricators and trade counters, as well as engaging with Architects and Main Contractors and relevant installers to secure specifications and further projects. THE CANDIDATE; * Experience of selling fenestration product - windows, glass, glazing, or associated * Reside in the region mentioned about * Experience of an external sales role * A relationship builder, energetic and enthusiastic, with capable administration skills THE REMUNERATION: * Basic salary range is dependant on experience. * Quarterly and Annual bonus (team and personal) * Excellent Car Allowance scheme * 25 days holiday (plus 8 Bank holidays) * Mobile, Lap Top, Health scheme * Standard Pension * Healthcare and Life Assurance Scheme
