Senior Architect (Commercial Workplace Projects)

Location: Central London (hybrid working offered 1 day a week)

A leading AJ100 firm in central London are seeking multiple Senior Architects with strong technical skills and extensive experience working across RIBA Stages 3-5 to join their dynamic team of 90 in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality commercial workplace projects and possess a strong understanding of tender package information and technical detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of UK based commercial projects from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 5.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive tender and construction packages with a high degree of technical detail.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical oversight.
• Ensure that all designs meet regulatory and best practice standards while maintaining a creative and practical approach.
• Attend site meetings, manage the construction phase, and resolve any technical issues during project delivery.

Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally within the commercial workplace sector.
• Proficiency in delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3-5, with a deep understanding of technical design and construction processes.
• Demonstrable experience in producing and coordinating tender package information, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
