THE ROLE- 1:1 Teaching Assistant Being a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, will require you provide ono-to-one support to a student with specific learning needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their educational goals. You will support the student in developing effective learning strategies and adapt a positive and encouraging learning environment that’s promotes the student’s confidence. Relevant qualifications in education, childcare or special educational needs is highly desirable. THE SCHOOL-1:1 Teaching Assistant The primary school consists of 308 pupils, where the staff work to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment. The school has a strong Christian ethos but also celebrates the many cultures and backgrounds from which the children, families and staff have come.
