Benefits: * Competitive starting salary up to £52,000.00 (depending on experience, training, and qualifications) * 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service * Private Pension Scheme * Private Healthcare Scheme covering pre-existing medical conditions * Friends & Family Hospital Discounts * Enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption pay * Non-contributory life insurance * Staff engagement hub with access to discounts, rewards, and voluntary benefits Responsibilities: * Manage a clinical caseload, providing top-tier physiotherapy assessment and treatment * Offer physiotherapy assessment and treatment for relevant departments, including pre-admission and follow-up care * Support the implementation of national developments locally * Ensure the department maintains Physiotherapy accreditation * Stay updated on physiotherapy advancements by attending courses and maintaining a personal portfolio * Participate in departmental and team meetings to enhance service delivery * Adhere to Circle Health Group’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and students Requirements: * Chartered Physiotherapist * Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) * Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) * Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines * Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements * Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools * Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management * Degree level education or equivalent Join us and be a part of a leading healthcare provider committed to excellence in patient care and employee development.
