If you are a sales-driven professional with a passion for travel and a track record of achieving targets while provide outstanding customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our team!Job Description:As a Travel Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in planning and booking their next holiday, secure new bookings, provide travel advice and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires exceptional communication skills, ability to close sales, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement:

Proactively sell travel packages and services, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets set by the company.Lead Conversion:

Promptly follow up on leads and inquiries, turning potential customers into bookings.Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized travel recommendations and options.Booking Management:

Handle all aspects of the booking process including payments and confirmations with accuracy and attention to detail.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and airline regulations to provide accurate information to customers.Destination Knowledge: Maintain and increase knowledge of destinations, stay up to date on popular travel destinations, attractions and to offer informed recommendations.Call Handling: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with outstanding service and assistance in their travel planning and bookings.Customer Service & Aftersales Care: Assist customers with any questions regarding flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.Tech knowledge: Utilize various computer systems and databases to process bookings, manage reservations, and access relevant travel information. (Zendesk experience would be an advantage but not essential)Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues by proactively finding suitable solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.Recording Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements:Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable travel experiences.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service and/or call centre is preferred.Travel Industry Experience: Ideally at least two years travel sales or travel industry experience in a Travel Agency or Tour Operator.Passionate: Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and travel products.Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn and navigate various software systems.Flexibility: ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays. Benefits:Competitive salary - Starting from £22,500+ (negotiable depending on experience).Achievable commission structure.Remote working - Work from home with all equipment provided (must be UK based as occasional trips to the office required 1-2 days per month).Comprehensive training and ongoing support to enhance your skills.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.Vibrant and inclusive work environment with a supportive team.Company Reward SchemeHow to Apply:If you are ready to embark on an exciting career in the travel industry and have a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
