Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects and year groups. Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to help with understanding and engagement. Work with students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have access to the curriculum and are fully included in classroom activities. Help with lesson preparation, including setting up classroom resources and materials. Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment. Provide feedback to teachers on students' progress and behaviour. Supervise students during break times, school trips, and extracurricular activities. Carry out administrative tasks related to teaching and the classroom.Ideal Candidate: Recent graduate with a strong academic background (Degree required, Education-related fields desirable but not essential). Passionate about working with young people and committed to making a difference in their educational journey. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid) is preferred. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable to the changing needs of the classroom.
