SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked in challenging settings with people with learning disabilities and Autism? Prospero Teaching are looking for people with a proactive, compassionate nurturing approach to working with pupils in a demanding and challenging setting. The duties will be varied, and no two days will be the same so experience working with people with learning disabilities and/or Autism and behaviours that challenge is essential. You will be required to build rapport to forge lasting relationships with pupils and provide them with positive behaviour support plans and interventions which enable pupils to reach their full potential.
