A position has become available within the Commercial Department for a National Accounts Manager. This will be a full-time position, and your normal hours of work will be Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key national accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth opportunities to expand NoteMachine's presence and revenue in the market. Responsibilities will include: About the Role: Account Management: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, serving as the main point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Business Development : Identify and pursue growth opportunities within national accounts, including upselling additional services, expanding ATM deployments, and exploring new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Support Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with national account partners, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with NoteMachine's business objectives. Support Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, maximize customer satisfaction, and drive long-term business success. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the ATM industry, providing insights to inform strategic decision- making and business development efforts. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to national accounts, tracking progress against targets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for national account partners within NoteMachine, representing their interests and ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives related to national accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs and preferences Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues Prepare and present regular reports on client account status and performance Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to clients Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations Understand account trends to drive increased performance and educate the business. willingness to travel as needed Qualifications: Proven experience in account management or a similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and independently Willingness to travel as needed Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
