Property Manager

Wimbledon SW19

Up to £30k

Plus £6k commission per year

Our client is a family-owned property rentals business with an excellent reputation for looking after their landlords and tenants very well.

As demand for their services increases and they are bringing on more rental properties to take care of, they are working with us here at Better People Ltd to source a dynamic customer focussed individual to join their property team.

All training will be given, so all you need to qualify for this role is a great work ethic, good admin skills, a commitment to learning about the property rentals industry, combined with super customer service skills and a driving licence.

This is a Monday to Friday office-based job apart from visits to properties to carry out inspections. The hours are 9-5.30 with two evenings a week working till 6.30 to support with viewings.

You will earn an annual commission of up to £6000, salary up to £30k, your company phone and MacBook and use of a pool car.

The Job is to look after tenancy flow, on and off boarding tenants, prepare properties for viewings and carry out property inspections, identify great tenants for the properties, carry out general admin tasks, look after online property listings and help out with viewings.
