The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Product to join them at a critical juncture in their journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the product strategy, align it with the CEO’s vision, and drive the company into its next phase of growth. This role isn’t just about maintaining the status quo, it’s about leading the charge in product innovation, steering the company’s future, and setting the stage for your potential growth into a Chief Product Officer role within the senior leadership team.
What You’ll Do
????
Lead & Innovate:
Oversee the end-to-end management of their recently launched AI product, ensuring it meets the highest standards of excellence. Shape Strategy:
Translate the CEO’s vision into a cohesive product strategy that resonates with our market and drives the company forward. Grow the Team:
Work closely with the existing team, which includes a Product Manager with plans to expand the product team further. Be the Face:
Engage directly with customers, represent them at industry events, and become the figurehead for their product vision.
About You

Experience Matters:
You have a background in consulting with a successful transition to product management, ideally within SaaS or procurement software. Strategic Thinker:
You’re not just a doer; you’re a visionary with a curious mind, capable of challenging the status quo and pushing back when necessary. Growth Potential:
You’re eager to take on a role with significant growth opportunities, including the potential to step into a CPO role.
