HGV2 Tramping Derbyshire

Location: Derby Salary: £15 - £18 Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week About Us: Advance Staff are looking for a HGV2 driver to do Tramping work for one of our most reliable clients in Derby, Derbyshire. Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Tramping Driver to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for transporting goods across the UK, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. * Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations. * Deliver goods to customers on time and in good condition. * Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork. * Communicate effectively with the operations team and customers. * Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications: * Valid HGV Class 2 driving license. * CPC qualification and tachograph card. * Proven experience in a similar driving role. * Strong knowledge of road regulations and safety procedures. * Excellent time management and communication skills. * A proactive and responsible attitude towards work.
