An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in a brand-new role. Your role will involve supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition, giving you full exposure focusing on Recruitment alongside HR within Insignia Group, across our diverse geographic spread. You will support by delivering Talent Acquisition including resourcing, talent pooling and development of the Employer brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition across all recruitment matters.
  • Responsible for talent sourcing across all online channels, globally.
  • Use social media to attract passive candidates and enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Responsible for curating job adverts and posting adverts to all job boards, communicating in-depth with Hiring Managers.
  • Responsible for headhunting top talent, and candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter for confidential roles.
  • Supporting the Recruitment process through arranging interviews, screening candidate’s CV’s and producing offer letters for Employees.
  • Managing some vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with Hiring Managers to keep them updated on Recruitment progress.
  • Support and own projects to improve our recruitment capability e.g., interview toolkits, job adverts and descriptions.
  • Support general HR issues (creating contracts, adding new hire into HR system, sending HR correspondence etc.)
  • Provide weekly reports on the status of all active roles.
  • Represent the brand in a professional and appropriate manner.


Professional Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring roles in all sectors.
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Well organised, good at prioritizing and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Must be confident, and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly conscientious and detail focused.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • An interest in Luxury Services/ Finance is desirable.
