Exciting Career Opportunity: Mechanical Building Services Engineer Location: Belfast Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 About the Position We are partnering with a reputable company in the building services sector to find an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact projects, focusing on designing and maintaining efficient mechanical systems for modern buildings. What Youll Do Design, implement, and oversee mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection Collaborate with project teams, including architects and electrical engineers, to ensure integrated solutions Ensure compliance with relevant building standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and troubleshoot as necessary What Were Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering 3+ years of experience in mechanical building services Proficiency in designing HVAC and plumbing systems, with knowledge of relevant codes and standards Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Why This Role?
