Production Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamic Production Manager to join their large team to oversee and manage their production department. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager, and will require an excellent working relationship. THE ROLE: * Manage, maintain and continuously improve production resources. * Analyse production data and use to manage the team and identify areas of improvement against KPI’s and objectives. * Ensure all RA and SOPs are available and up to date. * Maintain training matrix and identifying any areas of concern. * Contribute to PUWER assessment for all plant equipment. * Organise and manage any internal auditing and external inspections. * Contribute to H&S, and communicate to help improve the H&S culture on site where needed. * Review and update to Senior management any plant equipment issues. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: * Will have proven previous experience within a metals and/or fasteners industry * Have proven management experience. * Have a proactive and positive management ethos. * Is a leader – leads by example. * Able to communicate efficiently in daily & weekly meetings to senior management.
