Senior HR Business Partner

KM4HR have partnered with this nationally recognised business, to recruit an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner, with a specialist skillset particularly within change and transformation. With a stakeholder group of circa 2000 employees and 3 key business areas to partner with, you will be involved at all levels both operationally and strategically. Confidence coaching and advising very senior Directors in a fast paced and deadline driven business is essential.Experience partnering with full stakeholder groups in Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing is highly desirable. As a minimum, experience of partnering with volume hire groups in an office/contact centre environment is required. Providing an opportunity to deliver large scale projects whilst influencing management to minimise impact will be the key focus of this role. This is a hugely rewarding role for a driven Senior HRBP looking to work as a number 2 to the HR Director as you will be given full site of business agendas, deputising at times. In a smaller business this would be considered a Head of HR position. Broken down the role will be involved in the following areas;Deliver business goals Support complex change programmesLead on large scale transformation projects particularly around headcountEffectively coach senior management and line management on incoming changesEnsuring communication across the organisation is informative and accurate and delivered in real time to minimise disruptionSupport key business leaders with advice and consultation on strategic goals concerning all stakeholdersLine management of 2 HR Business Partners requiring operational support in areas of ER and people plansDeputise for HR Director on operational agendas for specific groups You will be working for an extremely well known organisation who is in the midst of redefining their existing business models in every area and in every way possible.
