What You'll Do: As a HR Business Partner at Miele, you will act as a trusted partner for assigned leadership team members across our cluster (GB, Ireland & South Africa). Addressing key people priorities and continuously adapting the people priorities to support the growth ambitions of Miele. You will add value to the business by providing expert, pro-active and commercial HR advice, solutions and support to achieve our strategy. Key duties will include but not be limited to: Partner closely with the HR team and report directly to the Head of HR to implement our people strategy across the business. Work with your functional leaders to understand their focus area and create a functional people strategy to achieve the aligned performance metrics. Lead key business projects and serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team. Develop and execute strategies to meet KPIs and drive best practices across our cluster and region. Oversee the people calendar, talent forums, and more, while delivering expert HR support. Create and, where required, deliver learning and development initiatives and programmes to build competency across the cluster. What Were Looking For: You will be an exceptionalcommunicator with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships at all levels. Bringing strong and variedHR experience, preferably with some exposure and understanding of working in the retail sector, with a solid understanding of UK employment law.
