Senior Garment Technologist – Premium Fashion Brand Create Recruitment Specialists have partnered with a beautiful fashion brand that transcends mere clothing, blending artisanal tradition with modern minimalism. As the Senior Garment Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely sealing of all styles within their apparel and accessory collections. Reporting to the Product Directors, you will facilitate collaboration between the Design, Development, and Production teams, ensuring all products meet design specifications and quality standards. Taking part in the development of product you will Identify and address seasonal development blocks, collaborating with suppliers to create measurement charts and patterns as needed. You will manage all aspects of quality, from product testing, care label compliance through to ensuring supplier documents/manual are updated and in line with business needs. This role is suited to an established technical candidate who has proven experience of leading fitting sessions from prototype to pre-production. Familiarity with pattern cutting or development patterns is advantageous as is grading across menswear and womenswear. You will be detail-oriented and accurate, logically minded with a disciplined approach to problem-solving, collaborative team player and self-motivated and proactive in addressing challenges.
