Research Associate: Full Time (Home based with occasional travel)
ODRL is seeking to recruit a Research Associate to conduct impactful research that supports our consultancy services. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to apply and develop their research skills that align with ODRL’s vision of improving and sustaining organisational performance. The candidate will have a strong analytical background and be accustomed to working with and presenting data succinctly and informatively.
The broad areas of work include:
- Writing reports
- Compiling data sets
- Analysing data
- Writing Blogs
- Working directly with the CEO on a range of client projects

Pre-Requisites
- At least an Upper Second-class degree in Psychology
- A relevant Master’s degree in Psychology/Sociology, ideally with an interest in Organisational Psychology
- Qualitative and Quantitative data skills
- Qualitative Research Experience

Further details
The salary will vary to reflect the individual’s role and experience. The appointment is on a fixed-term contract of up to a year with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter. Any offer of employment is subject to the eligibility to work in the UK.
