History Teacher (Maternity)

We are looking for an excellent History teacher with expertise ranging from KS3 to KS5. The role, initially, will be a 0.6 contract but can be increased to 0.8 - 1 at a later date. The successful candidate will be required to teach some Geography to Year 7 as well as History for other year groups. Experience teaching A Level is desirable. Especially the China Option on the Edexcel syllabus. An organised and committed individual who will live our values to ensure the very best history education for our young people. Such an individual will be joining a fantastic humanities team where students get the opportunity to learn geography, history and politics as discrete subjects. The school is an all-through school for students from reception to Year 13. We are an innovative school with a mission to empower young people to meet the demands of life in the 21st century. History and Geography are taught at KS3 - 5
