We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who share our commitment to making a difference in the lives of these exceptional students.Key Responsibilities: Supportive Learning: Provide one-on-one or group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Positive Role Model: Be a mentor and role model for students, promoting positive behavior and social skills. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our experienced team of educators and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.Qualifications and Requirements: Passion for working with students with SEMH needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.Benefits: Competitive PAYE rates: £75 - £105 per day.
