Principal Consultant, Talent Consulting

The Principal Consultant (Engagement Manager) will, as part of a wider consulting team, lead our consulting engagement for key clients. This will involve the organized delivery of end-to-end consulting engagements, solution design that draws from our industry leading methodologies, aspects of assessment delivery and the financial management of consulting engagements across new and established key client accounts. This pivotal role will lead delivery and the day-to-day management of the engagement ensuring any risks / issues are minimized and clients achieve outstanding quality and business impact. Proactive to explore previous case studies and network internally with other Engagement Leads / Partners. Effective and meaningful communication with Senior Client Partners and Stakeholders both in terms of consulting skills and ability to manage clients expectations & demands whilst delivering solutions. Able to matrix manage a team – including project managers, project coordinators, consultants, coaches and in some cases Partners. A strategic thinker with the ability to recommend improvements on existing programs and contribute to the design and methodology of emerging projects. Flexible, responsive, and ability to work in a geographically dispersed environment. Experience working with proprietary customer-relations management systems (or something similar); Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
