Front of House Cover (6 Days) Job Advert: Temporary Receptionist (6 Days Cover) Location: Westgate, Hanger Lane, London W5 1UA Nearest Station: Hanger Lane (Central Line) Start Date: Friday, 25th October 2024 (Training and Handover) End Date: Friday, 1st November 2024 (inclusive) Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Salary: Approx. £30,000 per annum (pro-rata for 6 days) We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist for a 6-day cover assignment at our Westgate location. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a range of front-of-house responsibilities with ease and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide hotel-quality service when meeting and greeting visitors (front desk must be manned at all times). Manage meeting room bookings and follow up on requirements. Log all visitors and issue passes. Liaise with the landlord's reception team for visitor bookings and deliveries. Coordinate daily with the onsite cleaning and hospitality teams to respond to facilities and Health & Safety requests.Key Skills & Experience: Fluent and confident using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams (all communications and calls are handled through Teams). Strong customer service skills with a positive and can-do attitude.
