Making sure that the public areas are maintained, and events are prepared for. Completing regular security walks and floor checks Providing excellent customer service to our guests. Ensuring an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty. This role is well-suited for an individual with management or supervisory experience, particularly if they have a background in hotel and hospitality operations.
