Architect

Solution Recruitment have an urgent role with one of our Main Contractor clients ,we are looking for a freelance Architect for a 12 Month Contract close to Manchester.

Projects include a nuclear training facility, art gallery and commercial new build offices.

All current projects are in construction phase and have gone through the initial design stage. So this role will require someone who has experience at the back end & have techinal project exposure.

My client is looking for the below skill set from the succesfull Architect who applies for the role

• Revit based
• Experience in commercial or industrial projects
• Ability to run a project and directly respond to contractor / client requests. An Architect who has had their own project to run.
• Someone who is technically capable production person rather than a manager
• My Client is open to Architectural technologists as well as architects
• Someone who is happy doing the drawings.

My client can interview this week and start next week.
