Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Aviator. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service at the restaurant. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Hiring and Training staff Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and organizational skills Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Hospitality or related degree/certification is a plus
