Finance Consultant

We are currently partnering with a public sector organisation who are looking to appoint a Finance Transformation Manager on an initial six-month contract. It will be a mainly working from home assignment, and the day rate is from £750 (inside IR35). Duties include: Providing leadership on the design and delivery of a company wide finance improvement programme Encouraging change to achieve long term financial stability Promoting a strong culture of financial management and accountability Benchmarking and identifying professional and operational standards Liaising with, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders, both internal and external Managing multiple improvement workstreams across a wide range of disciplines Experience required: Handling transformation projects within public sector Confident working in challenging environment Able to encourage long term financial stability Working pattern: 5 days per week Mainly working from home (dependent on business need) Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
