Description Assist in the day-to-day administration of all commercial and customer-related interactions concerning The post sits within a team whose principal purpose is to ensure all related business activities are executed effectively; Invoices from sales are calculated and billed expediently, accurately, and all other customer transactions are provided to a consistently high quality. The role's responsibilities include being a point of contact for new and existing customers enquiring about opening and closing accounts, meter readings, and all aspects of the role The role will also entail supporting company processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing process changes, and monitoring the results to ensure that the new processes are successful. This role combines both customer-facing activities and the use of back-office systems.
