SEN Teaching Assistant required to support a child on a one to one basis at a fantastic Primary School in Walsall. The primary school has a fantastic reputation in the area. The Role: Supporting a KS2 child who has SEN needs such as Autism and ADHD. The role is to support the child on a one to one basis. The role is full time and can become permanent for the right person. What You'll Do: * Provding ongoing support to the one to one child * Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies. * Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted academic support. * Help prepare classroom materials and resources. * Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to support the overall well-being of our school community. Requirements To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position you will need: * Experience working with primary age children * Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team * Hold the Right to Work in the UK * Have a DBS Certificate on the Update Service / Willing to obtain one Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
