Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Design Engineer to join our team in Gloucestershire. As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of mechanical engineering solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from product development to providing support for existing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical engineering solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• CAD Knowledge in Fusion 360 or Solidworks

Requirements:

• Graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
• Proficient in the use of CAD software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
