In this role, you will work within the Customer Services and Innovation directorate, collaborating with accomplished colleagues from across the business, including our Innovation, Consumer Vulnerability, and Environment teams. You will plan, evaluate, and report on engagement activities that influence important decisions and shape our actions now and in the future.
