Job Title: Endur cMotion Specialist Location: Hybrid role with a London-based client Competitive salary : Open ended dependent on the candidate and depth of experience. Overview: This role offers the opportunity to join a global consulting firm that provides services in trade lifecycle management. The firm works with clients across industries like energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, central banking, capital markets, and asset management. As the organization grows its presence in Europe, it seeks an Endur cMotion Specialist to join the team and contribute to key projects. MUST HAVE : Minimum 6 years of experience with Openlink Endur. At a developmental level. Key Responsibilities: Business & Systems Analysis : Provide expertise in analyzing both business needs and systems for high-profile clients. Problem Solving : Use strong analytical skills to develop and implement solutions that exceed client expectations. Collaboration : Work closely with Front Office and Operations teams to gather requirements, develop use cases, and deliver high-quality solutions. Documentation & Implementation : Translate business needs into functional specifications, design documents, and effort estimates, guiding projects through user acceptance and final implementation. Expertise in Endur : Act as the subject matter expert on Endur, specifically in its cMotion and logistics modules, ensuring accurate design and integration of solutions. Process Improvement : Define and implement processes and data solutions to streamline system services. Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to business consultants and senior consultants, helping develop their skills and knowledge. Qualifications & Skills: Endur Expertise : Minimum 6 years of experience with Openlink Endur, with a strong understanding of bulk commodities, particularly LNG. Logistics Knowledge : Proven experience working with Endur’s bulk commodity logistics modules (such as cMotion and Movement Manager). Trade Lifecycle Understanding : In-depth knowledge of the full trade lifecycle and related business processes. Technical Skills : Familiarity with technical aspects of OpenLink, such as OpenJVS, OpenComponents, SQL, and Report Builder, is beneficial but not mandatory. Problem-Solving Abilities : Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions. Experience in Mission-Critical Systems : Previous experience working with mission-critical applications. Leadership : Experience mentoring and supervising business consultants, with strong communication and leadership skills. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage workloads under pressure. Independence : Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision. Detail-Oriented : High attention to detail with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
